一、找回密码方法：
1、在线找回密码，会发到当时备案填的邮箱

2、在线填写后打印出来（带有条形码）寄给管局：
http://shca.021beian.cn/?module=entry&act=resetpwd
按上面要求在线填写
申请表就一页，用A4打印纸，单位签字并盖章，个人签字。纸张不符或未准确清晰完整填写者，视为无效申请。
申请表、主体证件复印件、域名证书邮寄至：上海市延安东路1200号1003室，陈小姐收，邮编：200003

二、注销备案
